Carol Howard Merritt to Visit Twin Cities

Carol Howard Merritt, a noted Presbyterian pastor one the topic of ministering to those under the age of 40,  will be in the Twin Cities on October 30, 2009 at United Seminary in New Brighton. Merritt will take part in an all day event entitled, “Ministering to the Missing Generation.”  Howard is the Associate Pastor at Western Presbyterian Church in Washington, DC and the author of Tribal Church as well as co-host of the God Complex podcast with Moderator Bruce Reyes-Chow.  The cost is free to authorized members of the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ and $55 for all other attendees.  There is also $7 charge for lunch.  To register, please email Renee Flesner at mailto:rflesner@unitedseminary.edu  or by phone at 651-255-6138.
