The Board of Trustees meets on the third Tuesday of even-numbered months at the presbytery office from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.  

The Board of Trustees manages the financial and property affairs of the Presbytery. It recommends fiscal policy, provides financial reports, manages investments, maintains insurance, and provides for an annual audit. It makes recommendations on loan, lease, and sale applications of congregations. It provides financial guidance to congregations upon request.

Church loans require Presbytery approval. PTCA congregations should submit an application to the Board of Trustees if requesting a loan from any source, be it the General Assembly, the Synod of Lakes and Prairies, a bank, or a different organization.
