Meets:  The last Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the presbytery office in Eagan
"We fearlessly follow the Holy Spirit into a Changing World"

All authority in heaven and on earth has been
given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.-Matthew 28: 19-20

See, I am doing a new thing!  Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?  I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.- Isaiah 43:19
The Committee on Congregational Vitality encourages and supports the development of congregations including new church developments, fellowships, and 1001 Worshiping Communities.  In addition, the Committee provides resources and support to established congregations for revitalization and transformation.  This support may be in the form of initiatives such as Ministry in a Changing World or access to demographic studies and information, training seminars and more.

The Committee on Congregational Vitality has been actively involved in planting new churches.  There is currently one new church development.  The Chain of Lakes Presbyterian Church, in Blaine, MN.

Applications for grants from the Congregational Development Fund are being accepted.  Go to APPLICATION to apply.  Deadline is January 15, 2017.
