SUMMARY:The House of Hope Sunday Series: Sister Helen Prejean
DESCRIPTION:Sister Helen Prejean is an anti-death penalty activist\, the author of the nonfiction best-seller Dead Man Walking and the inspiration for the Academy Award-winning movie of the same name. Sister Helen has been instrumental in sparking national dialogue on the death penalty. She travels around the world giving talks about her ministry. Since 1984\, Sister Helen has divided her time between educating citizens about the death penalty and counseling individual death row prisoners. She has accompanied six men to their deaths. In doing so\, she began to suspect that some of those executed were not guilty. This realization inspired her second book\, The Death of Innocents: An Eyewitness Account of Wrongful Executions. A question-and-answer opportunity will follow Sister Helen's presentation. All Sunday series events take place in the Sanctuary at 2 p.m. and are free and open to the public. Please invite your friends. This event will be ASL interpreted.

SUMMARY:Forum on Bullying
DESCRIPTION:St. Luke Presbyterian Church in Minnetonka will host a discussion on bullying – how to recognize it and how to help prevent it – on Tuesday\, Jan. 31\, from 7 to 9 p.m. The discussion will include a video by renowned author Jonathan Odell\, who has worked with staff and students in the Anoka-Hennepin school system to stop bullying; and a panel\, including a Hopkins student representing the Gay/Straight Alliance\, a teacher from the Anoka school district; a St. Luke mother of a gay activist\, and Pastor Brad Froslee of Calvary Lutheran Church. Members of the panel will share their experiences with bullying of LGBT and other “different” children – and how to deal with it. Anoka students and teachers are pressing for a no-tolerance vs. non-proactive approach to bullying. A recent analysis by the Minnesota departments of Health and Education found that: 13 percent of Minnesota’s sixth\, ninth and 12th graders are bullied regularly – once a week or more. Bullying victims are two to nine times more likely to consider suicide than non-victims\, according to studies by Yale University. Of the 46 states with bullying laws\, Minnesota has the lowest marks for our law’s lack of scope and definition\, according to the U.S. Department of Education\, which analyzed each state’s anti-bullying legislation. After the panel\, light refreshments will be served. As youth\, parents\, grandparents\, and concerned community members\, we can do something about this alarming situation. You don’t have to be a member of St. Luke to participate – please come join us!

SUMMARY:Richard Rohrbaugh Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Dr. Richard Rohrbaugh\, Emeritus Professor of Religious Studies at Lewis and Clark College in Portland\, OR\, will be at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Saturday\, January 28\, for a seminar on The New Testament in Cross-Cultural Perspective. His three presentations on Saturday are Session 1 Jesus' Words in Changing Contexts Tracing the use of Mark 12 from Jesus to Thomas\, to Mark\, Irenaeus\, Augustine\, Cromwell\, the Royalists\, and up to modern times demonstrates how much the reader's context determines the way we read Scripture. Session 2 The Ancient Context: Honor Claimed\, Honor Vindicated In the ancient context the Zacchaeus story would have looked remarkably different than it does to contemporary Westerns. It was about honor\, not repentance. Session 3 The Ancient Context: Was Jesus a Capitalist? We understand the first two slaves in the parable of the talents who increased what they were given as the heroes of the story. To ancient hearers\, including early Christian theologians\, they were villains as greedy as their master. SUMMARY:A Conversation with J. Herbert Nelson
DESCRIPTION:No need to travel to Washington\, D.C. Join the gathering for a conversation with J. Herbert Nelson\, Director of The Office of Public Witness: A Public Policy Ministry\, about the mission\, accomplishments\, and plans for this Presbyterian ministry. Friday\, January 20\, 2012 1:00 – 3:00 PM North Como Presbyterian Church 965 West Larpenteur Ave. St. Paul 55113 651-488-5581 As the Director of the Office on Public Witness\, J. Herbert is the most public voice representing the decisions of the PC(USA) to the executive and legislative branches of government. The “Washington Office” is the heart of the process of advocating for public policy positions taken by the Presbyterian Church through its General Assembly actions. It also prepares and distributes educational materials and arranges briefings and conferences. Nelson believes that grassroots organizing within the denomination is a major key to impacting the prophetic witness to the political sphere in today’s globalized culture. Reformed theology teaches that because a sovereign God is at work in all the world\, the church and Christian citizens should be concerned about public policy. In addition\, Presbyterian forefather John Calvin wrote\, "Civil magistery is a calling not only holy and legitimate\, but by far the most sacred and honorable in human life." Ministry in Washington offers a chance to translate the church's deep convictions about justice\, peace and freedom from words into reality. The political process is where decisions are made that help or harm people; decisions that help to make the kind of world God intends. Office of Public Witness staff members visit national policy-makers and their staff\, write letters\, make phone calls and occasionally testify before Congress or facilitate the testimony of church leaders. This involvement helps to clarify the moral and ethical issues at stake in public policy. The goal is to make clear to people in government what the General Assembly is concerned about\, why\, and what can be done to respond to those concerns. (A brief excerpt from their website) http://gamc.pcusa.org/ministries/washington/about-us/

SUMMARY:Martin Luther King Celebration with J.Herbert Nelson
DESCRIPTION:This is the 10th anniversary of the joint Kwanzaa/ Westminster celebration of the life and ministry of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King\, Jr. In honor of this milestone\, the two congregations will take a week-long look at King’s call to live faithfully by seeking justice. This will give us an opportunity to reflect on how each of us and all of us together can respond to Dr. King’s message in our current world. We will hear by the Rev. Dr. J. Herbert Nelson. On Saturday\, January 21\, 10:00AM\, at Kwanzaa Community Church\, 3700 Bryant Ave. N.\, Nelson’s topic will be: Ending the Current Political Morass in Washington\, DC: Why the Church Must Respond to Live Out It’s Calling! He says\, “Our congressional struggles are no longer reflective of service on behalf of the people. Politics are driven by ideological strife; corporate influences; campaign financing; tabloid media and a host of other issues that are disconnected from the real issues of US and International communities. The Church does have a role in reclaiming the government as a vehicle to serve the people. Jesus’ role in the political arena is clearly outlined in biblical scriptures. We will explore the role of the church today in relationship to politics and the ministry of Jesus.” Rev. Dr. J. Herbert Nelson is the Director of the Presbyterian Church (USA) Office of Public Witness in Washington D. C. He is the most public voice representing the decisions of the PC(USA) to the executive and legislative branches of government. The Washington Office is the heart of the process of advocating for public policy positions taken by the Presbyterian Church through its General Assembly actions. Nelson believes that grassroots organizing within the denomination is a major key to impacting the prophetic witness to the political sphere in today’s globalized culture.

SUMMARY:Finding Hope and Healing: Grief Support Group
DESCRIPTION: “Finding Hope and Healing” Grief Support Group meets at Faith the second Tuesday of every month from 10:00-11:30 am in room 120. While we cannot do your grieving for you—or you for us—we can support each other as friends able to share and understand your life’s journey. How do we keep on going when someone we love dies? We need not walk alone on this path. There is no recommended length of time for someone to be part of this group. You may choose to come every month for as long as you find the time together to be helpful. You may choose to come only once or twice a year during a time of year that is especially hard for you—perhaps around an anniversary date or the holiday season. Your grief may be fresh or your loss may have been many years ago. It doesn’t matter how long it has been or how often you come. If an opportunity to share with others who care\, listen to others as friends\, and receive some words of hope and encouragement from Scripture might provide some support as you walk the path before you\, we warmly welcome you to participate. You do not have to be from Faith Church to attend\, so you may want to let a friend or neighbor know about this opportunity. Contact Kathy terSteeg for more information\, either in the church office (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) 952-935-4481 ext 14 kathy@faithpres.org or at home.

SUMMARY:A Peace of My Mind: The Photography of John Noltner
DESCRIPTION:First Presbyterian Church of South St. Paul invites the public to a reception for photographer John Noltner on Friday\, December 16\, from 6-8:00 p.m. Noltner's exhibit\, entitled A Peace of My Mind\, is on display at the church through the end of December. The exhibit explores the meaning of peace thorugh the portraits and personal stories of 52 diverse individuals. The series of photographs was produced as a traveling exhibit in 2010 with assistance in funding from the Minnesota State Arts Board. Each portrait consists of a 24" x 36" canvas which includes the person's name\, a short biography\, their picture and a 250-word excerpt from their interview about what peace means to them. The dramatic impact of the collection has captured the attention of First Presbyterian Church visitors and members in recent weeks. Displayed in the main Commons area of the church the portraits spur thoughtful conversation and leave a lasting impression of the many lives and experiences portrayed. Refreshments will be served at the December 16 reception. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit the Alternative Christmas Market where gifts can be purchased in someone's name with the funds going to support one of several charitable organizations. Gift cards are provided for the purchaser to give to the recipient of the gift informing them that a gift has been made in their name. Organizations included in the market are Lincoln Place\, a supporting housing opportunity for 18-24 years olds who are aging out of foster care\, are homeless\, or at risk of becoming homeless; Chain of Lakes Presbyterian Church\, a new church plant in Blaine that has recently purchased land in the hope of building; Pajamas for Project Home\, collecting new sleepwear for homeless families; Heifer International\, providing the gift of an animal to a family struggling in poverty; and Doctors Without Borders\, bringing medical care to areas in crisis around the world.

SUMMARY:Service of Remembrance
DESCRIPTION:The holiday season between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be a busy time. There is decorating\, cooking and shopping to be done. Then there is the array of social and sacred events to attend. Everywhere we turn the dazzle of the holidays surround us. Yet the very things that make this season so special can also be a source of heartache to those experiencing loss and grief. A Candlelight Service of Remembrance has been planned to offer a time of reflection in this busy and sometimes difficult season. Everyone is welcome at the service\, especially those for who have experienced grief and loss in the past year. The service will be held on Tuesday\, December 13\, 6:30 pm. During the service\, you will have an opportunity to light candles in memory of loved ones as we affirm our faith\, through scripture\, sermon\, and song. Please join us as we celebrate the promises of God made known in the one who was born in Bethlehem: promises that have already been fulfilled for those who have gone before us. A time of refreshment and fellowship hosted by our Deacons will follow in Gideon Pond Hall.

SUMMARY:Blue Christmas Service
DESCRIPTION:In every church and community there are persons who\, for one reason or another\, simply cannot enter into the unbridled joy of the Christmas season. Some must deal with the recent or expected death of a loved one. Some are coping with the aftermath of divorce\, job loss\, sickness—many different unfortunate and tragic circumstances. Christmas parties and caroling are the last things some of us want. The Blue Christmas\, or Longest Night service\, is an attempt to minister to the needs of such persons while still recognizing that part of the reason for Jesus' coming was to bring hope and comfort\, to heal the sick\, to seek the lost\, to restore the broken and broken-hearted. As in recent years\, we will once again be offering a quiet\, meditative worship service that makes time for remembering\, sharing our hurting places with God\, and preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ. Join us on Tuesday\, December 20 at 7:00 p.m. for a time of special music\, scripture\, stories\, silent reflection and healing prayer.

SUMMARY:Redemption Songs: Advent Study and Spirituality Series
DESCRIPTION:Note: The following event is sponsored by Westminster WestConnect\, a fellowship group of Westminster Presbyterian Church for members and friends in their 20's and 30's. We'll gather on Tuesdays during Advent and examine the Biblical narrative trying to understand exactly WHAT the Jewish and Christian writers of the Bible were waiting for in the Messiah (hint: it's not obviously or "just" Jesus). In other words: what Redemption Songs were they singing? We'll also explore how this thread of waiting\, wanting\, and needing has traveled through history... and how it touches our lives now.

SUMMARY:Chaos to Cohesion: Advent Celtic Evening Prayer in the City
DESCRIPTION:Though it is likely that Jesus was actually born in the spring\, there is something about the solstice season that draws us to seek signs of hope and remember that it is in the midst of our greatest vulnerability and need that Christ comes to the world. Exploring themes of chaos and cohesion through antiphonal readings from the Old and New Testaments\, we will anticipate the coming of Jesus not only in the ancient past\, but also into the still-coming future and even into the exact hour of chaos (and cohesion) in which we find ourselves right now. Join us as we wait in the Fierce Silence of hope\, desire\, and trust in God's grace -- together. We'll gather after the service for tea and fresh handmade scones in the Heller Commons.

SUMMARY:Robert Boehlke Memorial Service
DESCRIPTION:It is with deep sadness that we report the death of the Rev. Robert Boehlke in the early morning hours of November 11\, 2011. A memorial service for Robert Boehlke will be held Saturday\, November 19\, at 1:30 p.m. at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis. A reception will follow the service. The church is located at 420 S. Cedar Lake Road\, Minneapolis\, MN 55436. (take 394 to Penn Ave. and go North 1 1/2 blocks to Cedar Lake Rd. and turn left. Church is on the right. On street parking only) In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church in support of the Building fund or the Christian Education Scholarship fund that helps support kids who attend summer camp at Presbyterian Clearwater Forest. The family chose the building fund because recent renovations made the building fully accessible and the scholarship fund because of Bob's commitment to Christian Education.

SUMMARY:Forum with Tim Penny
DESCRIPTION: Tim Penny to Speak at First Presbyterian Church in SSPHumphrey Institute Senior Fellow and former U.S. Congressman Tim Penny will speak at First Presbyterian Church in South St. Paul on Sunday\, November 6\, 2011\, from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. His topic is entitled: “Civil Discourse; War is Politics by Other Means.” The community is invited to attend as Penny discusses what appears to have become a lack of civility in any kind of political discourse. He describes his presenation as follows: Angry epithets and war-inspired metaphors dominate our political dialogue establishing a new axiom: Politics is War by Other Means. Can the American experiment of self-governance survive and our social and economic systems prosper when political parties seek battlegrounds instead of common ground? That axiom\, put forward by Prussian Major-General and war theorist Carl von Clausewitz some 180 years ago\, still stands out as an important treatise used in military schools across the planet. Some would assert that in modern America\, with angry epithets and war-inspired metaphors now dominating our political dialogue\, we have established a new axiom: Politics is war by other means. Have we\, in fact\, reached a point where public servants with differing philosophies and policies are to be viewed as enemies? What is the risk to democracy when the two major parties become warring camps where the imperative is to "do whatever it takes to win?" Can combatants in this political war any longer distinguish between their own side's propaganda and truth? Can the bold American experiment of self-governance survive and can our social and economic systems prosper when political parties seek battlegrounds instead of common ground?Tim Penny is currently President/CEO of the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation. He is author of three books: Common Cents\, The 15 Biggest Lies in Politics\, and Payment Due. First Presbyterian Church is located at 535 20th Avenue North\, South St. Paul\, MN. SUMMARY:First Friday Film Festival
DESCRIPTION:Join with other youth and adults on Friday\, November 4 at 7:00 p.m. for another attempt at a First Friday Film Forum! We didn’t draw an audience for “The Shawshank Redemption” last month\, but we‘re trying again with “Pieces of April” this month. Popcorn and drinks are provided as the movie is shown\, and dessert and coffee will be offered to enhance our discussion afterward. We view the movie together in our own 24-seat theater in the Education Wing of the church building\, and invite you to enter the front door of the church and walk through to the CE wing or enter through the doors off Fellowship Hall and walk upstairs immediately to the movie room. “Pieces of April” was released in 2003 and stars Katie Holmes and Oliver Platt in a quirky tale of Thanksgiving dinner gone awry. In a poor neighborhood somewhere in New York City\, April Burns and her boyfriend Bobby are preparing to receive April’s dying mother and estranged family for a holiday meal. While Bobby tries to borrow a suit for the occasion\, April realizes that her stove is broken and desperately tries to find a neighbor that will let her roast the turkey so she does not fail (again!) with her family. Meanwhile\, in a suburb of Pennsylvania\, her dysfunctional family is preparing to travel to New York. While driving\, the relationship between the Burns and their blacksheep daughter April is disclosed through the conversations between her father Jim\, her resented mother Joy\, her brother\, her sister and her grandmother.

SUMMARY:Alternative Gift Market
DESCRIPTION:A different kind of shopping experience... Shop for gifts that "share" by fairly compensating artisans in developing nations. At the Market\, you will discover fairly-traded handicrafts\, foods\, toys\, clothing and more! Sale of these products promotes social and economic progress both here and abroad. Shop for gifts that "share" by providing for people’s basic needs of food\, shelter\, and medical care. You can choose gifts of donations to non-profit organizations with established track records of helping people and the environment. For the cost of a video game you could provide blankets to a family of five displaced by a disaster. For the price of a pound of gourmet coffee you could provide seeds and tools to an impoverished farm family trying to feed themselves. Honor friends and family with donations to causes that fit their values! Need a gift bag for your chosen gift? You can purchase eco-friendly\, reusable fabric gift bags of all sizes and for all occasions. A staggering $5 billion worth of gift wrap is tossed in the trash each year. Reusable gift bags save natural resources and money too. All proceeds from the sale of gift bags will go to the East Metro Women’s Council\, assisting low-income and homeless families working toward self-sufficiency. Gifts that "share" are perfect for teachers\, co-workers\, relatives and friends. Gifts such as a Church World Service blanket or school kit donation\, a jar of berry jam or packet of wild rice from one of Minnesota’s Chippewa reservations\, or a donation for children’s books at Common Hope School in Guatemala are wonderful solutions for parents facing the teacher gift dilemma that arises each year. Many shoppers return with stories of how much teachers appreciate gifts that benefit so many others in need around the world. Other shoppers are delighted by the gift bags and talk of how they have “revolutionized” their annual wrapping dilemma. And countless shoppers comment on the interesting assortment of artisan crafts and enjoy reading the artisan stories that are included on the tags for many products. Shopping at the Market broadens horizons for both gift givers and recipients.

SUMMARY:Stephen Robertson Installation
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, October 23\, at the 10:30 worship service\, the Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area will install Steve Robertson to be Westminster’s Associate Pastor for Pastoral Care. It will be a wonderful\, celebratory worship experience! Last summer Steve left a congregation in Chevy Chase\, Maryland\, where he had served for many years\, to make the move to Westminster. He began work among us in mid-July\, but he will be “officially” installed in the service on October 23. An installation of a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) is an act of the local presbytery. The Moderator of the Presbytery participates\, as well as elders and ministers from other local churches. Westminster members are invited to welcome Steve and his wife\, Susan Peacock\, in a silver service reception in the Great Hall following the 10:30 service. The Rev. C. William Hull will preach at Steve’s installation service. Bill retired as organizing pastor from the Kirkwood Presbyterian Church\, Bradenton\, FL\, where he served for 28 years. Steve was a member and Elder at Kirkwood before attending seminary\, and it was the Kirkwood congregation and Rev. Hull that were helpful in identifying Steve’s call to ministry. In retirement\, Bill is serving as the pastor at Central Christian Church in Bradenton\, is active as Board President of Family Promise of Manatee County\, a ministry to homeless families\, and is the President and Chairman of the Board of Westminster Communities of Florida\, a retirement living ministry.

SUMMARY:An Evening with Brent Vernon
DESCRIPTION:Plan on being with us on Friday\, October 14th at 7:00 p.m. for an evening of music\, entertainment and fun as we welcome Brent Vernon to Presbyterian Church of the Way. South Florida-based singer\, songwriter\, and ventriloquist Brent Vernon believes that God can use anyone -- even the most unlikely among us -- to do great things for Him. But for the past fifteen years\, his concert ministry has inspired the thousands who have found their way to small country churches\, inner city ministries\, contemporary suburban churches\, elementary school assemblies\, college chapels\, coffee houses\, and the many other venues Brent has played. Please invite your friends and neighbors to join us for Brent's creative\, quirky and fun show\, filled with energetic and heartfelt music and ventriloquism.

Let your voice be heard on the question that led to last summer's gov't shutdown: "What do we\, the voters\, expect from our elected representatives?" State Commissioner of Management and Budget Jim Schowalter kicks off the evening with a look at what happened last summer. Elected officials have been invited to attend for the purpose of listening to us answer the question of our expectations. Thanks to St. Francis Regional Medical Center (corporate sponsor) and to partners The City of Chaska\, Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area\, and the Beacon Council. Further detail on the Dialogues page of Shepherd of the Hill's website.

SUMMARY:Prophet People Event
DESCRIPTION:St. Luke Presbyterian Church in Minnetonka will host Kathy Kelly\, an internationally known peace activist and three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee\, at a Prophet People event Thursday\, Sept. 29\, at 7 p.m. Kelly also will participate in an adult forum at the church Sunday\, Oct. 2\, at 9:15 a.m.\, and speak during the full church service at 10:30 a.m. All of the events are free and open to the public. Kelly\, who has been described as “the most respected leader in the American peace movement\,” is one of the founding members of Voices in the Wilderness – a group that bore witness to the suffering of the people ofIraq\, especially the children\, as a result of U.S./UN sanctions. Kelly\, a Chicago resident\, currently is co-coordinator of Voices for Creative Nonviolence\, which has long-standing roots in active nonviolent resistance toU.S. war-making. As part of peace teams in several countries\, she has traveled to Iraq 26 times\, notably remaining in combat zones during the early days of both U.S.-Iraq wars. She has been arrested more than 60 times at home and abroad\, and written of her experiences as a civilian under U.S. military bombardment and as an inmate of U.S. prisons. During her appearances at St. Luke\, Kelly will speak on “Courage for Peace in Afghanistan: Following the Children\,” which will reflect her recent experiences listening to and learning from Afghanistan citizens and youngsters who’ve spoken of their fears and hopes\, living in a war-torn country. Kelly also will lead empathy-building exercises\, peacemaking role playing\, and brainstorming sessions about what we can do; and share a video by the Afghan Youth Peace Volunteers. Kelly’s interest in peace activism began in high school\, when she read about the Holocaust. “I remember thinking\,” says Kelly\, “that I never … want to be the person who is trying to be an innocent bystander while something that awful goes on.” A graduate of Loyola University and Chicago Theological Seminary\, Kelly volunteered for soup kitchens\, taught English in high school\, and moved from fighting neighborhood poverty to advocating nonviolence on a global scale. The public is welcome to attend all of Kelly’s appearances – please come join us!

SUMMARY:Church Financial Officer's Forum
DESCRIPTION:Attention all church treasurers\, finance committee elders and pastors! The Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area in partnership with the Presbyterian Foundation is holding a Church Financial Officer's Forum on Tuesday\, September 27 at 4:30 pm at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church in Bloomington. The forum is designed for us to learn from one another by sharing experiences and model best practice approaches to your work. Most congregational treasurers receive little training and often wonder\, "There has to be a better way..." This forum will provide an informal\, round-table discussion where officers from congregatsions of varying sizes and circumstances discuss their common challenges and their own success stories. Please plan on attending as it promises to be a rewarding and helpful time together. RSVP via email to Stephen Keizer\, regional development officer\, Presbyterian Foundation\, at smk@fdn.pcusa.org. In the email please include your name\, position\, church and any dietary restrictions. A light dinner will be provided. The Presbyerian Foundation has a vested interest in the fianacial stability and success of local congregations. We have found these groups to be a healthy way for congregations that do well to share their stories and for congregations that are struggling to learn from others and perhaps develop new solutions to serious problems. In such challenging economic times it is reassuring to know that the experience and expertise of the Presbyterian Foundation is available to help with planning and education as we seek to be faithful and effective stewards. We hope you and/or your congregation will take advantage of this opportunity.

SUMMARY:Living Downstream Movie Viewing
DESCRIPTION:Sandra Steingraber’s acclaimed documentary is coming to Burnsville on October 4th. Hosted by Clean Water Action MN\, Healthy Legacy Coalition\, Women’s Cancer Action and Presbyterian Church of the Apostles\, the film showing is likely to raise a lot of unanswered questions. Based on the book by Steingraber\, this poetic film follows her for one pivotal year\, as she travels across North America\, breaking the silence about cancer and its environmental links. Steingraber\, along with toxicology and cancer research experts\, describe the way chemicals enter our bodies\, and how\, once inside\, scientists believe they may be causing cancer. In a powerful interplay between Sandra’s private cancer journey and the scientific evidence she presents to the public\, Living Downstream reminds us of the intimate connection between the health of our bodies and the health of our air\, land and water. The showing\, which is free and open to the public\, will shed light on how Minnesotans can become a part of a growing environmental human rights movement to reduce our dependency on toxic and potentially carcinogenic chemicals. It will take place Tuesday\, October 4\, at the Presbyterian Church of the Apostles (701 E 130th St.\, Burnsville) from 7:00-9:00 p.m. For more information\, contact Kim LaBo of Clean Water Action at (651)587-7752.
